How to edit non versioed tables in SDE

Hi all

I am using ArcGIS 10.0 and ArcGIS 10.1

Most of the FC and tables in SDE are versioned in our environment, but we have two tables that are not versioned and are populated by an application that runs when selecting a button in a customized toolbar.

I need to edit those tables and would like to know how can I edit them. Can I do that with ArcMap?
