Python Script NOT Synchronizing SDE Databases

I have 2 SDE databases. There is a 1 way replica created between them.
Edits occur in the IS_Managed database and are pushed to the Westerville_CW database.

When I run the process from the distributed geodatabase toolbar everything works fine. I am trying to script it so I can run it nightly.

The script runs, but no changes occur. I have included 2 images. One of the settings from the distributed geodatabase sync tool and the other of the script.

I found the help from ESRI that I used to create it: http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/...0000001s000000

Any ideas?
