Geodatabase Replication

So I'm working with a customer that uses geodatabase replication (two-way), ArcGIS 10.1. A replica was created from a version that was delete after-words by mistake. So this created a scenario where an existing UpdateGram exists but it can no longer be synchronized. Is there any possibility that the data contained in the updategram can be retrieved? Possibly loaded into a FGDB or some other data format....
