Since upgrading to ArcGIS 10.1 SP1 and Win7 we are no longer able to check-in from a personal geodatabase. The source/parent geodatabase has not changed nor has it been upgraded from SDE 10.0 SP3.
- If the data is unversioned, a vague error of 'FDO - RDBMS Error' is given
- If the data is versioned, upon check-in the message indicates that a table a table was not found.
For example, we check-out a feature class called 'FS_Tree' and the error message says that 'ORG_FS_Tree' does not exist.
- The problem appears to be isolated to this feature class as other feature classes in the same source geodatabase check-out/in without error.
- If the check-out/in is completed as the data owner account there is no error. This unfortunately is not a viable workout for our corporate configuration, and certainly not the experience we had with ArcGIS 10.0 SP3.
- Copying the data into a different database produces the same errors.
- The Replica logs provide no additional error messaging even when set to detailed.
- The sdedc_Oracle.log file produces no error messaging.
