ORA-22853

I was trying to create a field "RASTER Data type" in a polygon feature class. I received the error below:

ORA-22853 invalid lob storage option specification.

ORACLE is 11.2.0.1

ArcSDE 10.1

Windows 2008 R2 64-bit.

Any suggestions?
