Sort fields in Attribute/Identify Box

Is there a way to format the way that the selected attributes are displayed when you select an object and the data shows up in the Attribute Box or Identify Dialog Box?
Example:I have a feature class with a table related to it that has over 9000 records in it. What I want to be able to do is when I select the feature and "Drill-Down" to the table linked to it - I want it to be in order in a specific way. The order I am looking for is a
date order - from oldest to newest. Is there a setting I can configure?
