We are trying to migrate from SDE 9.3 to SDE 10.1 through copy/paste but there were too many errors like 'output Spatial Reference is invalid', 'grid2 size is too small', 'grid3 size is too large', etc. So we first exported the whole enterprise geodatabase v9.3 to a file geodatabase, next, each FC that had error was exported to shapefile and then imported in the correct dataset on the enterprise geodatabase v10.1.
The problem that remaines is that several Polygon FCs do not render when dragged into ArcMap neither in preview of ArcCatalog. The attribute data table has all fields and rows with the correct information, but it cannot be rendered. In ArcMap, if I select a feature through attribute table and zoom to it I can se the contour of the selected feature, so the shape is there and in the correct location.

In short, the 9.3 FC renders OK, the file gdb FC renders OK but the imported FC in 10.1 doesn't render.
Our database is Oracle 11g and all data is using ST_GEOMETRY with HIGH PRECISION.
