How to export a feature class w/ photo attachments(blob) from one sde to another sde?

Hi,

I am trying to export a feature class (XXX) with attachments from one SDE to another SDE.

this is what i did:
I exported a feature class to the new SDE, i create a new attachment add load the XXX_ATTACH from the old SDE.

XXX
XXX__ATTACH
XXX__ATTACHREL

for some reason, all the object ID got reset. As a result, the XXX feature class and the XXX_attach could not relate at all.
How can i export a feature class with attachments correctly?
