We have ArcSDE 9.3.1 on server(Windows) with Oracle 11g database residing on another server(Linux) where we create our database.
The problem appeared in last week we cannot import or create any FC in DB through ArcCatalog and also we cannot drop any Business table because 9.3.1 creates triggers on every table in the database. They're called DB_EV_ALTER_ST_METADATA, DB_EV_DROP_ST_METADATA and DB_EV_RENAME_ST_METADATA.
My DB admin gave the SDE account "DBA_role".
ORACLE Errors: ORA-04045 , ORA-01031.
Is there any work around for this problem?
