I've been upgrading my Oracle 11g SDE 10.0.0 directly to SP5 via ArcCatalog 10.0 SP5 using Upgrade Geodatabase gp tool. The upgrade has failed and after investigation it looks like the root of the problem lies in spx_uti package which can not compile. Namely some of its procedures expect 'st_partition_index' table, but that does not exist in my SDE. I can not see this in my original 10.0 database so i am wondering where should this table come from? Is it missing in SP5 when performing direct update from 10.0.0 ?
Or should it be present already in 10.0.0 ?
